It has been formed to provide specific consulting services in the engineering field such as Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) system & Package type AC, Construction Heavy equipment sales & rental service, Fire Protection system (FFS) including automatic sprinkler system design & Fire Detection system (FDS) design & Installation as per Alliance, Accord & BNBC requirement, Fire Safety Assessment (FSA), Security system, Plumbing & Sanitary system design, PABX, LAN, CCTV etc. This company has been build up its capability of managing, designing, estimating & supervising of engineering works of different industries, Power Plant, garment factories, pharmaceuticals, Luxury Hotels & Restaurants, High-rise multipurpose Commercial buildings, Shopping complexes, Apartment buildings etc.

Health and Safety Policy

We usually follow the standard safety regulation and procedures applicable to safeguard planet equipment, public and employees during installation and carryout maintenance work. We provide safety training to installation and operation and maintenance technicians/engineers. We keep standard safety accessories and is highly followed the safety instruction during the works.

THE JESA ENGINEERS understands the risk involved in working onsite. Hence it is our top most priority to ensure proper security and precautions for the employees. THE JESA ENGINEERS strongly maintains the rules and regulations for on-site technical persons. We are committed to our customer as well as our employees to provide them all the safety manuals and materials while working. We always follow the tailored made safety guidelines applicable with each ASP.

THE JESA ENGINEERS ensures the following tools and safety gears are followed by every employee:

• Employees must use the Safety instruction in the site
• Employees must have the insurance coverage
• employees must have the emergency telephone numbers of the nearest area
• Employees must use Helmet, Safety Belts, Shoes, Hand Gloves while working in sites.
• Must use of the Safety Harness and necessary protections when climbing the towers and doing the outdoor works.
• All the employees must be educated or informed enough so that they can understand and oblige by any safety requirements that are imposed by the CUSTOMER
• All the employees must not wear any metallic or conductive equipment while working on power materials
• Concern persons must arrange regular meeting or training in each 3 months or beginning of a major project to train the employees about maintaining the safety and quality of installation and commissioning regarding the specific project
• Any three Consecutive breaches of safety regulations will result in punishment or termination of any employee.
